Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide clients through every step of buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
• Host professional property viewings and provide insightful, market-backed advice.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Manage client interactions and deal progress using CRM tools.
• Skillfully negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
• Grow your network and client base through relationship-building and referrals.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate laws, trends, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market analyses to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Represent ASJ with a polished, professional image at all times.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and all DLD regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and due diligence throughout all transactions.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
• Deep understanding of local market trends, communities, and regulations.
• Organized, capable of managing multiple clients and listings at once.
• Self-driven and target-focused, yet collaborative.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• RERA Certification is a strong advantage.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
