JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Property Consultant, your role will be to assist clients in making informed property investment decisions. You will work closely with legal counsel, other property consultants, and clients to provide expert advice, conduct property inspections, and gather market data. Your ability to stay updated on market trends and property laws will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in making informed property purchasing decisions.
• Identify potential clients through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
• Analyze market trends and demographics to identify high-demand and profitable property areas.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Maintain an extensive database of available properties for sale.
• Develop strategies to increase property values for clients looking to sell.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients with real estate agents to secure the best deals.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• State real estate license.
• Proven experience in property management or real estate.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
