JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. The role requires strong negotiation skills, customer service excellence, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Sales Agent, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with property listing platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and developers to close deals effectively.
