JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Consultant/Agent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales or real estate consultancy is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.

  • Develop and maintain a strong client database through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Promote properties through marketing campaigns, listings, advertisements, and social media.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as agreements, contracts, and closing documents.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
