JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking highly motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join Ikee Real Estate LLC. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will represent our brand, build long-term relationships, and deliver outstanding results in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Residency Visa & Emirates ID (company sponsorship can be provided after 2-3 months).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in using real estate portals, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and legal procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
  • Generate leads and build a strong client database through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Promote and market properties via online listings, social media, and property portals.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to clients.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, ensuring the best outcome for all parties.
  • Prepare and review real estate documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with developers, property owners, and investors.
  • Achieve monthly sales/rental targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
