QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a real estate consultant.
• A desire to be part of a young and entrepreneurial team.
• Strong team player with a proactive and enterprising attitude.
• Higher education degree.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an experienced real estate consultant with a keen understanding of the office real estate market? We are seeking a dynamic and enterprising team player with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to translate your knowledge into innovative solutions for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and assist both occupiers and owners in finding the perfect real estate solutions.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions.
• Facilitate negotiation processes, providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, trends, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.
• Prepare essential paperwork, including contracts, leases, and letters of intent.
• Proactively seek out new clients and expand our client base.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Valuation, Design & Build, and Investment.
• Build and nurture networks with consultants, owners, and brokers.
• Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
