Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing

• Handle residential and/or commercial property sales and leasing transactions.
• Generate new business through existing clients, referrals, networking and personal pipeline.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Identify suitable properties according to client requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions between buyers/tenants and landlords/sellers.
• Manage the transaction process from initial enquiry through to closing.
• Follow up consistently with prospects, clients and landlords.

Client & Pipeline Management

• Maintain and actively develop an existing pipeline of:
  • Buyers
  • Tenants
  • Landlords
  • Property investors
  • Sellers
• Build long-term relationships with clients and property owners.
• Regularly follow up with existing leads and convert opportunities into transactions.
• Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM.

Landlord & Property Acquisition

• Source new properties directly from landlords and property owners.
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships.
• Secure exclusive and non-exclusive listings.
• Obtain accurate property information, pricing and availability.
• Coordinate with the Listings/Office Manager to ensure properties are properly documented and advertised.

Landlord & Property Acquisition

• Source new properties directly from landlords and property owners.
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships.
• Secure exclusive and non-exclusive listings.
• Obtain accurate property information, pricing and availability.
• Coordinate with the Listings/Office Manager to ensure properties are properly documented and advertised.
