Nestwood Realty is seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering expert advice and exceptional service. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in real estate or a similar sales role (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.

• Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Offer expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
• Keep updated on real estate trends, new projects, and community developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and tenants.
• Prepare accurate and compelling property listings.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
