REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales
• Strong understanding of the Dubai off-plan market and developer portfolios
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and handle objections effectively
• Familiarity with RERA regulations and Dubai property transaction procedures
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Multilingual abilities are a plus

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers across Dubai

• Provide expert advice to clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI, and project details
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing and upcoming off-plan developments
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
• Support clients through the entire sales process, including booking, documentation, and handover coordination
• Work closely with developers and internal marketing teams to stay aligned with promotional campaigns
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
