Description:

We are currently seeking and experience and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to lead our Secondary Market and Off Plan Team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate management, particularly in Dubai market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Secondary Market Team, driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the Secondary Market Team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team achieves sales targets and KPIs.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the secondary market, focusing on both individual and team performance.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and generate new business opportunities
· Conduct market research any analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry, specifically within the Dubai market.
· Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
· Monitor and analyze team performance, sales activity, and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
· Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and competitor’s activities to ensure our services remain competitive and complaint.
