POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes or ideal investments, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR (MANDATORY)

• Valid Real Estate License (or actively working toward one)
• Proven experience in real estate or related sales preferred (new agents welcome with strong motivation)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Education Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
  Language: English, Hindi & Arabic will be an advantage but not mandatory

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process
• Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications
