We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer at Driven Properties, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
  • UAE driving license
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Conveyancer in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Arabic speaking is a BIG advantage as well as good communication skills
  • Can join immediately (or at least able to negotiate the 1-month notice)
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other contracts related to real estate transactions.
  • Conduct legal due diligence to identify any potential risks or legal issues related to property transactions.
  • Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for property transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Facilitate the transfer of property ownership, including managing the transfer of funds, coordinating with banks and financial institutions.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions and related legal matters.
  • Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice.
