Description

Real Estate Coordinator/ Administrator - Direct Owner companies/ No Broker Firms.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Coordinator to support the daily operations of our real estate team. The coordinator will be responsible for managing listings, coordinating transactions, communicating with clients and agents, and ensuring all documentation and deadlines are met throughout the sales and leasing process.

  • Assist real estate agents with scheduling appointments, property showings, and open houses.
  • Prepare and process contracts, forms, and other real estate documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Manage the transaction process from contract to closing.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
  • Track deadlines and coordinate with clients, agents, mortgage brokers, and legal teams.
  • Handling the maintenance complaints and coordinating the Maintenance Team
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and third-party service providers.
  • Provide updates to clients on the status of their transactions.
  • Input and update property listings in the MLS or CRM system.
  • Coordinate professional photography, signage, and staging if needed.
  • Prepare marketing materials and ensure accurate listing details.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Maintain transaction files and records for auditing and reporting purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in real estate administration or coordination is a plus
  • Knowledge of real estate transaction processes, documents, and legal requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and MLS systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with RERA regulations (UAE-specific)
  • Knowledge of real estate CRM platforms.

Experience:

  • Direct Landlord Real Estate Company working: 2 years (Required)
  • Leasing and Renewals : 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
