    Join our Team as a Real Estate Counsel!     The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Real Estate Counsel who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll optimize our corporate real estate portfolio across North America, being responsible for strategic planning of our footprint, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of real estate assets, and leading all negotiations for leases, renewals, subleases, and purchases. You’ll collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, and proven experience in structuring and negotiating complex agreements.   What You’ll Be Doing: * Aggregate the company’s current real estate footprint to provide to executives for strategic decisions * Execute a long-term real estate strategy aligned with business and financial objectives. * Lead negotiations for leases, lease renewals, amendments, purchases, and dispositions, ensuring terms are favorable to the company and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. * Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and external real estate advisors. * Conduct fair market value analyses and benchmarking for all properties to ensure competitive terms. * In partnership with other members of the legal team, play a critical role in overseeing all real estate contracts, including maintaining accurate records of all real estate holdings, leases, and related agreements. * Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.   What We’re Looking For: * Juris Doctor (JD) required; active license in good standing. * 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, portfolio management, or corporate real estate. * Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in high-value lease and purchase transactions. * Deep understanding of real estate law and contracts. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently, while also contributing to a team like environment. * Ability to travel domestically 20%   Where and When You’ll Work: * Collaborate in person at our Greene, NY or Columbus, IN office and work on a hybrid schedule.   What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:   Salary - $118,590 - $168,765 per year.
