We are seeking a Real Estate CRM Manager with expertise in Bitrix24 CRM to streamline our customer relationship management processes, enhance team productivity, and drive efficiency within our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Bitrix24 and at least 2+ years of experience working with this platform in a real estate environment. You will be the go-to person for all things Bitrix24, managing CRM workflows, and ensuring the platform is being used to its full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Bitrix24 CRM Administration: Configure and customize Bitrix24 to meet the needs of our real estate operations, ensuring smooth workflows and processes for lead management, communication, and deal tracking.
Data Management: Maintain and clean the CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client and property information.
Team Training & Support: Train real estate teams on Bitrix24 usage, from lead generation to transaction tracking, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Workflow Automation: Build and manage automated workflows, task assignments, and notifications within Bitrix24 to improve efficiency and communication across teams.
Integration Management: Oversee integrations with other tools, such as email, calendar, and property listing systems, to ensure seamless information flow.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports within Bitrix24 to track sales performance, marketing campaigns, and lead conversion rates. Use insights to refine processes.
Client Relationship Management: Utilize CRM to track and manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communication throughout the real estate journey.
Customization & Updates: Regularly review and update the Bitrix24 CRM settings to reflect business requirements and ensure the system stays aligned with company goals.
Qualifications :
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience using Bitrix24 CRM, ideally in a real estate setting.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Bitrix24’s CRM features, including automation, workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
CRM Optimization: Proven ability to optimize Bitrix24 to drive productivity and streamline real estate processes.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both team training and client-facing interactions.
Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique CRM needs of real estate businesses is a plus.
Bonus: Certifications or additional training in Bitrix24 CRM management or real estate CRM systems.
