We are looking for an experienced and visionary Real Estate Developer to manage and oversee property development projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site acquisition, project planning, budgeting, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments on time and within budget.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in real estate development, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, zoning regulations, and building codes.
• Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Identify and acquire suitable properties for development.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including financial analysis, market research, and zoning assessments.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Secure financing for projects through partnerships, investors, or loans.
