Job Overview A prominent and highly respected organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Development Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a Full-Time position based in the thriving city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the real estate development team by providing in-depth financial analysis, comprehensive market research, and meticulous due diligence for a variety of landmark projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented analyst to contribute to significant developments within one of the region's most exciting real estate markets. Responsibilities Conducting detailed financial modelling and analysis for potential and existing real estate development projects, including cash flow projections, IRR, and NPV calculations. Performing comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate new investment and development opportunities, analysing trends, competitor activity, and demographic data. Assisting in the due diligence process for property acquisitions, which includes reviewing financial, legal, and operational documentation. Preparing high-quality investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and external stakeholders. Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including project management, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution. Assisting with the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring against key metrics. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, RICS) is highly desirable. Proven experience in a real estate analysis, development, or investment role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and extensive experience in creating complex financial models from scratch. A strong understanding of real estate investment principles, valuation techniques, and development processes. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and commercially astute individual with a genuine passion for the real estate industry.
