ABOUT THE ROLE

Warwickshire Homes is a family-oriented real estate development company committed to building quality homes and vibrant communities. As we grow, we’re building a dream team of driven, capable professionals who want to see our projects run like a well-oiled machine. We work hard, play hard, and take pride in what we build—both on the ground and in our team.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to join our growing company. This role is ideal for a candidate with approximately 5 years of experience in real estate development or construction who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. It’s also a great fit for an experienced real estate Executive Assistant looking to transition into project-specific work or a mid-senior level real estate legal assistant seeking broader exposure to the development process.
You’ll be involved in all stages of the development cycle—from design and permitting through construction and handover—and will play a key role in keeping projects organized and moving forward. As part of a small and entrepreneurial team, this is a hands-on position with real exposure to the inner workings of development. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your skills and potentially grow into more senior roles as the company continues to expand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and key milestones across multiple developments
  • Liaise with municipal staff, consultants, and contractors to coordinate submissions and obtain approvals
  • Prepare, format, and submit development documentation
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records in both digital and physical filing systems
  • Document meetings, follow up on action items, and support cross-functional coordination
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Monitor invoice status and coordinate with accounting on project-related expenses
  • Support the Marketing Manager with homeowner walk-throughs, handover documentation, and quality control logistics
  • Pitch in with general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
