THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Architecture Project Manager has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in the best practices and applications of CAD and REVIT software, AEC applications and building technologies.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure our designs meet all regulatory, code and permitting requirements.
  • Manage site information, timelines, drawings, permits, and construction activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee RFIs, shop drawings, site coordination, and contractor communication, tracking and mitigating impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility requirements, and landlord criteria, securing all necessary permits and approvals.
  • Coordinate engineering systems integration to meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Manage consultants, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations and align to project schedules.
