THE TEAM

The mission of the Procurement Department is to procure the required non-merch goods and services through value-based procurement (high quality, best price) on scale and on time.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager/Manager, Procurement, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
  • Procurement with the ability to rapidly simulate and derive mutually beneficial value in the confluence of procurement and subject matter expertise
  • Procurement activities including issuing POs
  • Procurement-related ERP systems
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year.. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Responsibilities

As the Sr. Manager/Manager, Procurement, you will lead the team to:

  • Ensure Aritzia sources the best fit goods and services for business needs, from world-class vendors.
  • Ensure Aritzia receives the best value for money, without compromising quality.
  • Ensure Aritzia’s goods and services are purchased through POs in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Ensure Aritzia receives goods and services that meet or exceed contractual agreements.
  • Maintain and continuously evaluate the relationship with each partner, and address opportunities for quality, price, scale, and scope.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
