REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (real estate industry preferred)
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and current trends
  • Experience in content creation, video editing, and basic graphic design
  • Photography/videography skills for on-site property shoots
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and portals is a plus
  • Proactive, creative, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging multimedia content — including Reels, photos, and videos — tailored to our target audience
  • Conduct photography and videography for property listings, events, and promotional content
  • Promote listings on real estate portals and digital platforms to drive visibility and inquiries
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and website traffic using analytics tools
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive
