Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate company and take full responsibility for planning, executing, and managing our marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who can independently handle all aspects of marketing from strategy to execution — including content creation, social media management, advertising, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven, with strong experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry or related fields.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

    Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and company brand.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, reels, stories, property brochures, etc.).
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase reach and engagement.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through online marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Manage email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital communication tools.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality leads and support closing deals.
