JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking Director of Operations to work with busy Boulder County realtor. The ideal candidate will have a Colorado real estate license, be able to work weekends, possess exceptional communication skills, experience in sales and marketing and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a blend of real estate expertise and marketing and sales management experience.

Requirements

• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and experience working with clients.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications as needed

• Provide administrative and marketing support, including the management of all listing marketing collateral, marketing and PR budgets, CRM management.
• Manage the hiring of vendors for prepping homes to go on the market.
• Plan and organize events and think proactively about events that could lead to increased sales or show gratitude towards our clients.
• Become an expert on the Compass platform.
• Manage and attend broker and public open houses.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
