JOB DESCRIPTION:

VAU Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller with real estate background to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi/Arabic preferred)
• Ability to generate leads and work towards targets
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market is an advantage
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and property listings
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information
• Follow up with clients to ensure strong engagement and build long-term relationships
• Work closely with agents to support day-to-day business development activities
