ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales & Growth Partner, you’ll play a dual role:

  • Sales Expert: Delivering a 5-star client experience by helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals with confidence, care, and results.
  • Growth Partner: Sharing your expertise with other agents through shadowing, collaboration, and mentorship, while also welcoming opportunities to learn from peers to sharpen your own skills.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential designed for leaders who want to scale their business while helping others do the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a 5-star client experience by guiding buyers and sellers through consultations, negotiations, and closings with excellence
  • Consistently execute lead generation systems and convert opportunities into appointments
  • Share your expertise with fellow agents by leading by example, offering shadow opportunities, and providing constructive feedback to improve service and conversion
  • Earn and maintain certifications: PLACE Seller Experience Certification, PLACE Buyer Experience Certification, and complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program
  • Leverage Showing Partner support for fieldwork (showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and key delivery) to maximize your time and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure every client receives world-class service
  • Participate fully in team training, script practice, coaching sessions, and calls to stay sharp and growth-focused
  • Track activities and client progress in PLACE technology for accountability and seamless follow-up
