This role is for one of our clients $15 - $25/hour pay Job Title: Real Estate Specialist Job Type: Contractor/Part-Time Location: Remote In this position, you will utilize your expertise to assist in training the next generation of AI systems. Your contributions will influence how models learn, reason, and operate by providing high-quality, real-world data. No previous experience in AI is necessary — your specialized knowledge is what counts. Key Responsibilities Review real estate transactions, contracts, and associated market documents. Evaluate property data, market trends, and operational procedures. Examine the legal and financial aspects of real estate agreements. Prepare organized summaries and clearly convey findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and operational initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance processes for improved consistency and accuracy. Maintain thorough attention to detail in all documentation and assessments. Required Skills and Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of real estate operations, transactions, or property management. Strong negotiation abilities and effective communication skills with clients. Familiarity with contracts, market analysis, and transaction procedures. Excellent analytical thinking and organizational capabilities. Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a remote work environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working remotely as part of distributed real estate teams.
