PRIMARY TALENT PARTNERS HAS A 2 YEAR CONTRACT OPENING FOR A REAL ESTATE FINANCIAL ANALYST TO JOIN A LARGE ENERGY COMPANY FOR A HYBRID POSITION OPERATING OUT OF CHARLOTTE, NC.

Pay: $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Contract: 2 years, extensions likely, conversion possible
Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:

  • Book Value Research and Corrections:
  • Conduct thorough research and implement necessary corrections
  • Work closely with asset accounting, REPM, and business units
  • NPV Analysis for Facility Investments:
  • Develop Net Present Value (NPV) analysis for buy vs. lease alternatives to ensure our facility investments are prudent and financially sound
  • Provide recommendations based on comprehensive financial modeling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a finance disipline.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
  • Strong background in financial analysis and accounting
  • Expertise in book value research and asset valuation
  • Proficiency in NPV analysis and financial modeling
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
