QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate
· Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits and drone equipment
· Strong storytelling, visual composition and editing skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
· Portfolio or demo reel is required with application

· Capture high-quality video footage of properties including interior, exterior, drone shots and agent walk-throughs
· Professional photo and video for events, Developer’s Brieifing, conferences, and brand launches—ideal for internal communication and promotional use.
· Use own camera or high-end smartphone to shoot content
· Work closely with real estate agents and brokers to understand the key selling points of each property.
· Organize and manage video files and archives
· Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
