FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST –REAL ESTATE OFFICE

We are looking for a professional, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our real estate team. As the face of our office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have Must have 2-5 years of front desk admin experience in a real estate brokerage. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, DocuSign, Dotloop) is a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
