This role requires a professional with a strong graphic design background, capable of delivering high-quality visual content that supports our marketing and sales initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, supported by a professional portfolio
• Proficiency in Photo Editing, Adobe Creative Suite, Video Content Creation, Virtually Staging
• Prior experience in Real Estate Marketing is advantageous but not required

• Edit and enhance raw listing photographs for MLS presentation
• Execute advanced photo retouching and virtual staging to elevate property visuals
• Produce engaging listing video reels tailored for social media platforms
• Design marketing collateral including postcards, flyers and brochures etc
• Develop compelling social media graphics aligned with brand standards
• Create impactful billboard and large-format advertising designs
