Job Details Job Location: Empower Park - Jonesville, FL Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $74800.00 Salary Job Category: Banking Description The hours for this position are: Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM Role Supervises the Home Equity Team within Real Estate Operations, overseeing the origination, evaluation, processing, and closing of Home Equity applications in compliance with CAMPUS, investor, and government standards. Works with the Real Estate Operations Manager to support training, assist with goal achievement, and contribute to employee development within the team. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Supervises the Home Equity Team, providing oversight of origination, underwriting, processing, and closing, while coaching and training staff on day-to-day functions and processes to support their development. Works as liaison with CAMPUS USA Credit Union Service Centers and CAMPUS USA Credit Union Members for the Home Equity Real Estate Product. Works in conjunction with the Real Estate Loan Operations team to ensure timely closing, funding, and post-closing, while providing support and guidance to Real Estate Operations as needed. Originates, underwrites, processes, and closes Home Equity Mortgage Loans, including denying applications and preparing required documentation/notifications in accordance with CAMPUS policies and procedures. Responsible for monthly production goals set by the Chief Lending Officer(CLO). Remains current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments, which may affect consumer lending programs Serves as a technical expert and internal trainer on all computer systems used within the Real Estate Department.
