We are one of the top-performing real estate teams in California, and we’re expanding rapidly across multiple markets. We’re now hiring an Executive-Level Inside Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our Inside Sales Agent (ISA) department.
This is not a basic VA or ISA team lead role — this is a mission-critical leadership position where you’ll own the performance of the ISA department, develop people, drive conversion, and report directly to executive leadership.
If you’re a proven ISA professional with leadership experience, deep real estate knowledge, and a hunger to build something big—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Agents
Recruit, train, and onboard new ISAs
Build and implement scripts, talk tracks, SOPs, and accountability systems
Review and coach recorded calls for quality, conversion, and compliance
Report daily/weekly KPIs to company leadership
Drive performance on key metrics: lead-to-contact, appt set, show-up rate, and signed agreements
Collaborate with the broker, sales managers, and marketing team to optimize lead flow
Jump into lead queues as needed during overflow or high-priority campaigns
Who You Are:
3+ years experience as a real estate ISA for a U.S.-based team
2+ years experience leading or managing a team of ISAs or salespeople
Strong understanding of the real estate industry (CRM systems, LPMAMA, follow-up cycles, appointment setting, buyer/seller pipelines)
Comfortable owning metrics and driving team performance
Highly organized, self-managing, and results-driven
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Benefits:
Work Location: Remot
