Description

We’re hiring a real estate inside sales agent to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. $7 - $8 hourlyResponsibilities:

  • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
  • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
  • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
  • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of real estate sales experience
  • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of cold calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in real estate or sales.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Mojo Dialer, Salesforce), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
