As the Project Manager, your role will involve the efficient oversight of all aspects of real estate renovation projects, right from the initial stages to successful completion.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to create, monitor, evaluate, and adjust renovation project plans as needed. We are looking for an individual with a carpentry background, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving, and who excels in a high-energy work environment. Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly, based on previous project management and carpentry experienceCompensation:

• Oversee and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for potential projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project status
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Qualifications:

• Strong Carpentry/Home Building background
• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and procedures
• Proficiency in project coordination and management
• Experience with construction estimating and project scheduling
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
