REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from a recognized law clerk or legal assistant program or demonstrable experience working as a real estate law clerk
• Ability to work on multiple transactions and matters simultaneously
• Organized and effective communicator with attention to detail
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, take the appropriate initiative, prioritize and multitask
• Flexible, client service-oriented, team player
• Positive attitude with the willingness and initiative to support the team as well as work independently
• Ability to manage a large volume of work and deal with changing priorities in a busy practice
• Meeting strict deadlines with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• MS Office Suite of Applications and proficient in Teraview, Unity and PCLaw

Experience:

• real estate: 3 years (required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily administrative tasks
• Able to complete a real estate transaction/closing from start to finish
• Prepare various documents including purchase & sale agreements, transfers, charges, notices and others
• Conducting all due diligence searches (including off-title enquiries) in connection with real estate purchases
• prepare reports and closing documentation

  Must have 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
