• 4+ years of residential real estate experience working in a law clerk capacity
• A Law Clerk education from an accredited institution
• Proficient in Teraview, Conveyancer, PC Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Location: Remot

• Manage 30-40 Purchase/Sale/Mortgage of residential properties from beginning to end independently
• Skilled at reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, conducting title searches and off-title searches, execution searches, preparing requisitions and responding to requisitions; preparing all closing documents; final reports to clients and mortgage lenders.
• Ability to prepare mortgage documents and interpret mortgage instructions from any institution.
