SENIOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (7+ PQE) – SL1, WEST OF LONDON

Role Overview
A leading UK law firm is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE to join its established team. This is a senior role with responsibility for managing and supervising junior lawyers and overseeing high-value commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work, development projects, and portfolio management.
· Manage and mentor junior solicitors, reviewing and signing off their work to ensure accuracy and quality.
· Drive client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to institutional investors, developers, corporate occupiers, and lenders.
· Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the department.
Candidate Profile
· Qualified solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE in commercial property gained at a leading UK law firm.
· Demonstrable experience managing and supervising a team of junior lawyers.
· Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of commercial real estate.
· Excellent client-handling skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships.
· Commercially astute, proactive, and confident in taking responsibility for complex matters.
