• Provide legal advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financing, , and land use.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, sale agreements, and financing documents.
• Assist clients in resolving disputes related to property transactions, including boundary disputes, contract breaches, and landlord-tenant issues.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches, environmental assessments, and property inspections.
• Be familiar with Cosmolex, Teraview, FCT, and LDD.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, including zoning laws, building codes, and environmental laws.
• Advise clients on financing options, including mortgage agreements, construction loans, and other real estate financing matters.
• Collaborate with other professionals such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and title companies to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay current on changes in real estate law and regulations to provide the most up-to-date advice to clients.
