Our Southampton real estate team is extremely busy with a wide range of work. You will have the opportunity to work with funds, asset managers, property companies and public bodies investing in and developing UK real estate, handling high-value transactions and joining a motivated and collaborative team which deals with the whole lifecycle of asset management and development work. This particular team has a national reputation for the quality of its work and client following.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll contribute to the growth and success of the business by leading and supporting on excellent quality investment and development work, taking a proactive role in helping build and maintain client relationships. You’ll also be helping us to further develop our market share and brand awareness, running transactions from the outset and supervising and mentoring others in the team to deliver those transactions for our clients. As a key member of the team you’ll be involved in business development activities, contribute to an aspirational growth strategy for the team and supervise more junior members of the team.

To be successful in this role as a minimum you will have:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualified experience as an England & Wales Solicitor. Skilled in managing real estate investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Proven investment transaction experience
  • Experience of working with real estate investors (whether funds, property companies, charities or private clients) and manging landlord & tenant issues
