We are looking for a talented, ambitious and motivated individual to join the Tom Toole Sales Group at RE/MAX Main Line. As part of our growing team, you will work alongside our sales team to nurture and develop new sales opportunities.
This role is based in our West Chester, PA office using a number of different pieces of technology and software. including Follow-Up Boss CRM to identify and qualify leads as they move through the early stages of the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
· Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
· Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives
for next steps
· Set up meetings or calls between prospects/clients and RE Agents
· Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
· Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
· Report to Inside Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
EXPERIENCE
· Proven work experience as a Insde Sales Representative or similar role
· Experience with multiple outbound sales techniques (e.g. email and telephone)
· Track record of hitting sales targets
· Experience with CRM software
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience within software and/or accounting industry would be an advantage, but not required.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a sales development representative that will help schedule appointments with our real estate agents from a book of internal leads. This role focuses on the full client lifecycle, including new client acquisition and client relationship expansion. You’ll partner and build relationships with members of the sales team. This position will report to the Lead Manager and Team Lead.
The ideal candidate is someone with the proven ability to grow appointments through the development, and execution of targeted, multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that speak to the hearts and minds of our prospects and clients. Because you own campaign performance through to revenue, you will prioritize the most impactful marketing efforts to achieve those joint objectives. You have a full understanding of the range of marketing programs available to reach your market specific audience.
· Acquiring new appointments and cross-nurturing within the existing base. No out-bound cold calling.
· Own successful execution of targeted marketing plans that include, but are not limited to email campaigns, nurture programs, executive roundtables, digital marketing, social media, etc. If necessary, localize to extend reach or impact.
· Work closely with the real estate sales team to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic prospects/clients. Ensure effective and efficient two-way communication between sales and ISA team.
· Collaborate with the real estate team on brand/content to define the prospects/clients required at each stage of the purchase/sales journey. Work with ISA team to craft the product positioning and co-develop plans to launch new nurture programs. Discuss lead performance with sales to understand what is working and what adjustments need to be made. Review results with analytics to understand performance and provide the insights to stakeholders.
· Measure campaign effectiveness based on appropriate KPIs, present program results to regional and global management. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
