JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Real Estate Lead Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing and distributing leads, maintaining databases within Bitrix software, and addressing technical issues related to software usage.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead coordination within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong knowledge of Bitrix or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Hindi are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee lead distribution and team assignments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Organize and maintain the existing database within Bitrix software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues related to Bitrix or other software in use.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Monitor lead sources and provide regular reports on lead performance and quality.
