Your Contribution: You build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners who host telecommunications infrastructure, contractors, customers, and public service entities You ensure 24/7 site accessibility, including key management and access procedures, to support timely execution of field projects and maintenance activities You negotiate lease contract renewals and manage all lease-related matters, including handling requests, inquiries, renewals, documentation and updates to commercial and technical terms You collaborate with legal and technical departments to resolve issues related to usage rights, access, and technical interventions You provide timely and comprehensive documentation to support legal proceedings involving property owners, neighbors, or public authorities You monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and decision-making You ensure data security and confidentiality across all activities and communications. What makes you stand out: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally within the telecommunications and/or real estate sectors Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a professional, diplomatic, and collaborative approach Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English What we offer: Attractive salary and bonus plan Private medical insurance, including dependents Mobile plan with unlimited talk time and data Food card Parking slot Flexible working arrangements, actively supporting caring for family members Interested?
