We are hiring for a contract position, a real estate legal administrative assistant to support lawyers in real estate transactions by preparing legal documents like deeds, mortgages, and leases, managing client and case files, coordinating with clients and other parties, and handling office administration. Key responsibilities include drafting and proofreading documents, managing case files, using legal software, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures for transactions such as home purchases, sales, and commercial leasing.
In Office - 10am -6pm, Monday through Friday
Duration: October 1st - November 16th

Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation:

Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading correspondence and various legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, trust documents, and leases.

  • Client & Case Management:

Managing client and case files, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating the flow of information internally and with external parties.

  • Administrative Support:

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for the legal team.

  • Financial Duties:

Preparing financial statements and reports related to real estate transactions.

  • Software Proficiency:

Utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, and legal-specific software for document management and client information.
