We are looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant in Vaughan. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a transaction-driven environment and enjoys managing documentation, coordinating closings, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling client meetings and gathering required documents and productions
  • Preparing and organizing closing documentation for review and execution
  • Coordinating the signing and return of documents from clients and third parties
  • Requisitioning and posting disbursements, and notifying finance for payment
  • Assisting finance with managing subscriptions and accounts
  • Preparing and delivering final reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative assistance to lawyers, clerks, and other team members
  • Handling all physical mailing, printing, faxing, and courier arrangements
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
