We’re seeking a motivated team member who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate and Lending law. No legal experience is required - just a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, robust knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to grow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional organizational & client servicing skills with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic & inter-personal skills.
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interest in Real Estate & Lending Work.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or service industry is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
  • Managing a high volume of Residential Conveyancing files including physical filing, diary and closing dates, and preparation of transactional and reporting documentation.
  • Obtaining searches and completing registrations/filings with Land Titles Office, Personal Property, Corporate, Tax Registries, and other searches as required.
  • Preparation and distribution of account statements to clients.
  • Drafting, assembling, and organizing Commercial Lending and purchase/sale documents.
  • Advanced editing and formatting of correspondence and documents.
  • Maintaining the organization of a large number of residential files concurrently.
  • Admin duties, as needed.
