JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Listing Agent to join our team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for representing property owners in the sale of their homes, commercial spaces, and other real estate properties. This role involves obtaining listings, marketing properties, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to close.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably with a focus on listings.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with strong networking and prospecting skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MLS, and real estate marketing tools.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new listing opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property value and recommend competitive listing prices.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property enhancements to increase marketability.
  • Prepare and present listing presentations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials for listings.
  • Manage marketing campaigns including social media, open houses, and property showings.
  • Communicate regularly with sellers to provide updates on inquiries, showings, and offers.
  • Negotiate purchase offers with buyers’ agents on behalf of sellers.
  • Guide clients through the entire selling process, including contracts, inspections, and closing.
  • Maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
