In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, including imaging and maintaining member information, managing mail, ordering title reports, preparing post-closing documents, and completing verifications of employment. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, likes to problem-solve, and has strong analytical abilities.   What You'll Do: * Handle daily administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, ordering Flood, Appraisal, and Title reports, completing verifications of employment, and processing final title policies * Prepare, index, and upload post-closing documentation into the imaging system * Ensure secure handling of all physical and electronic documents, following our retention and disposal policies * Perform quality control on scanned documents for accuracy * Oversee scanning process for completion   What You'll Bring: * 1-3 years of similar or related experience * High degree of confidentiality and discretion * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Proficiency in using a 10-key calculator * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to lift and move document and files   Hourly Wage will range from $24.50/hour to $30.00/hour. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 7 and does not include additional perks.
