MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, compliance requirements, and closing procedures.
• Proficiency with mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
