QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2+ years of mortgage/loan processing experience (California experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, etc.).
• Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations (TRID, RESPA).
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English/Chinese a plus.
