We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. Job Description Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all real estate operations related to land acquisition and management for renewable energy projects across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include: Leading the real estate team in identifying, negotiating, and securing land and property for renewable energy developments. Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize land acquisition processes and portfolio management. Coordinating with internal teams such as Origination, Project Development, Legal, and external stakeholders including landowners, municipalities, and regulatory bodies. Managing relationships with local communities, ensuring positive engagement and facilitating project acceptance. Overseeing compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition and usage. Monitoring market trends and land availability to support business growth and project pipeline maintenance. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating across global teams. Proven experience in real estate management, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with landowners, municipalities, and stakeholders. Ability to lead and manage a team, driving results and fostering collaboration. Comprehensive understanding of land acquisition processes, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies. Experience in stakeholder engagement and community relations. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and meetings.
